Ask Me Anything on Indeni 6.0

Hi all,

I wonder how does the Indeni software actually read the data from devices.

I guess if it used REST API there would be no need to expecially develop support for every new type of devices.

Hope to hear your thoughts.

Best wishes from Minsk,

Sergei.

Being able to save custom templates for various alert filters would be helpful. More detailed timestamp information under the "Created" and "Updated" columns would make comparing alerts easier as well.

Just a small one. When clicking on archive alert it'd be great to get a Undo button in the "cards" that popup saying that it's archived.

Update issue with 6.1.4. Error details on the picture.

User-3 must to see Device-1 and Device-2

i just found Select severities levels to get alerts for.

I’m not sure if you were able to work through this hurdle, but perhaps @Paul_Overton can help if it’s still an issue.

@Gomboragchaa, this is a great question, thanks for asking! We do not support user permission by device, however, I have forwarded this to our product team for consideration. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns around this.

Best,

@Paul_Overton thank you.

Is there any reporting solution?
Example: how many issues was on indeni?
Solved issues, solved time,
Unsolved issues etc…

sorry for my poor English.

Hi,

Indeni is capable of exporting the list of issues that it identified and their status.
We are currently working on additional reports that will provide more flexibility
in exporting data from the application.

can be place more filter options for better result in less time.

Can I add Indeni server directly on GNS3 using any way.
