Good Afternoon. I have few questions regarding PAN monitoring. We had an issue on PAN 7050 where the SSL sessions were dropped because of the memory corruption pertaining to FE20 offload processor. I would like to check if Indeni can check these SSL session offload counters ( and all other tcp session counters) and trigger an alert in case of any significant decrease in the number. I would also like to check if we are on the right version to accomplish generating these kind of alerts.

This functionality will soon be available on top of 6.0. Our research team is working on making a “drop detection” rule so that you can choose specific metrics (like the one you mentioned) and know if there’s a sudden drop in the number (instead of gradual).
