No available data on alert chart

I noticed that on some of the alerts the chart says "No available data ". For example, I’m seeing “No available data” for double metrics that are tied to NumericThresholdOnDoubleMetricTemplateRule I’m working on. However, for StateDown rules, I’m seeing data in the charts. The rules itself are alerting ok.

My question is this expected? I assume for complex data this would be the case. However, for rules that are based on double metric, should there always be a chart?

For the Rule that do not show data, can you check what is the monitoring interval of the associated metric? The time series DB holds up to 60 min of historical data
