We are working on analyzing the status of the VRRP State on IPSO devices that are members of a Sync Only cluster.
To the best of my understanding, a device in normal operating conditions should have all of the VRRP interfaces in either Master or Backup state.
Would you consider the following as an indication of a VRRP fault?

In Init state 0
In Backup state 3
In Master state 1
