There is a customer requirment to suppress the alert generated by templatebased/crossvendor/cross_vendor_compare_policy_fingerprint.scala for an amount of time: raise an alert only if the snapshot mismatch between clsuter member last over certain period of time (say 15 mins).
Need help to extend SnapshotComparisonTemplateRule with quiet period.
