I'm doing a lot of code reviews. Sometimes PRs don't contain alert screenshots. Sometimes the changes are minor and the unit tests are good. Maybe an alert screenshot isn't required in these cases? But, without an alert screenshot, we really don't know for certain that the system is working end-to-end.

I has no mention of alert screenshots at all. Whatever you think is the right thing to do here, I hope you can update this page with the guidelines.
