cpstat error: "Failed to establish session with AMON server"

We are getting the following error while trying to check SIC connectivity.



[Expert@FW001:0]# cpstat -h x.x.x.x os

Failed to establish session with AMON server at x.x.x.x:18192



From your experience, what could cause this error and how would you go about troubsleshooting/resolving this issue?

port blocked between firewall and management server ?

Have a look at netstat -an |grep 18192 on both ends, does telnet work on that port ?
