Command-runner not catching missing metric name in #! COMMENTS

Runs without error in a 'command-runner.sh test run '. Note missing metric name under ‘#! COMMENTS’. Is this a bug?
Full file attached. You can fetch ‘hawk-express’ and run tests against parsers/src/bluecoat/proxysg/show-http-stats.ind to see it ‘in action’.
