From the command-runner.sh, I can successfully interrogate VSX checkpoint device, but I could not add the device from Indeni server.

Others may be more familiar with command-runner.sh, but based on the error message given, I’m curious if you can SSH into the device from the Indeni server? The screenshot provided shows that the device failed to interrogate because of this.

Yes, I can ssh to the device from Indeni server.
I have difficulty to figure out how the ssh credential should be configured in new version of Indeni. I used to use the old version, very straightforward for where to input the credential. But the new version I am lost.
