Archived alerts remain in Critical Queue

Archived alerts remain in Critical Queue

Hello,

While adding a Palo Alto Firewall device to Indeni, we noticed that a Critical alert remain active in the dashboard even though this alert was already archived. See attachment.



Hi Alexander,

Thanks to you we are already in the process of better syncing the summary page the alert counters and the alerts status.
I will update this thread once progress is made.
