An unexpected error occurred

I’m getting “An unexpected error occurred” everytime I go to the alert page, and sometimes when I go to other sections. From Chrome, I can see it tries to load “…/api/v1/rules?page=1&per_page=1000” and it fails with this error
Failed to get rules

how can I fix this one?

What version are you running?
They may need your logs and access to your server.

I’m running 7.0.1.10
Sure I’m available in case they wanna do zoom or need any logs from my server
